Here are just some examples of the variety of food Phoenix has to offer. Whether you are homesick or just craving something new, there is something for you out there. 

• Mexican: The amount of Mexican restaurants here could have it's own page. Most places are generally good. Ask around, everyone around you is sure to have eaten somewhere and have their recommendations. A place a recommend to get a variety of options is Dessert Sky Mall. The food court in their Mercado de los cielos has various stalls with so many types of foods. I've recently tried Mexican sushi and highly recommend it. 

• Salvadoreno: Salvadoreno Restaurants 1 and 2 and Mary's Restaurant are some that come to mind. I have been to Salvadoreno Restaurant #2 and really liked the food. 

• Japanese: Harumi sushi is one of my favorite sushi places that I have ever tried. 

• Cuban: Cuban Foods Bakery & Restaurant 5 stars on trip advisor claims to be authentic
